Job Introduction
As a Cloakroom Assistant you will look after coats, bags and other items. Your job is to keep customers personal belongings safe and return them to the owners when they leave. During your shift you will be Interacting and providing guidance to our guests as they arrive and as they leave to ensure an amazing experience with us.

- Can actively listen and communicate effectively with colleagues and customers
- Will be proactive and respond quickly to customer requests
- Holds eligibility to live and work in the UK
